 Marni Hockenberg brings twenty years of search, client development, and business consulting experience to The Hiring Experts. Her search experience began when she joined a Twin Cities firm in 1988 where she successfully conducted searches for companies of all sizes in most industries. Marni received numerous industry awards for providing outstanding search results, and for client development and service. In 1994, she became a founding member of an IT training company. She co-founded The Hiring Experts in 2002 to follow her dream of entrepreneurship. Marni derives great personal satisfaction from enhancing the lives of candidates. She helps her clients develop their businesses by targeting the right talent for the position and the company.
After graduating from the University of Iowa with a degree in Psychology and Sociology, Marni blended her curiosity about people and cultures and worked as a tour guide in Israel and New Orleans. Marni has served on the Board of Human Resource Professionals (HRP), and is an active Twin West Chamber member. She is also active in civic and volunteer associations and volunteers for the Hope Chest for Breast Cancer Retail Store. Spending time with family and friends, working out, and attending live music venues are activities that Marni also enjoys.
